Strength Trainer
Shafiq coming from an athletic background, he has been exposed to sports at a very young age. He has played in the Singapore Premier League for Soccer and flew for Singapore Airlines prior to joining BFit. Passionate about sports rehab due to his ACL and Meniscus injuries, his goal is to educate clients on nutrition, help them get stronger to improve their standard of living and of course, to enjoy exercising while being injury free!
During his spare time, Shafiq actively does mixed martial arts and enjoy a good chill session by the beach with drinks in hand!
