Balli Singh,
Senior Principal Physio
With more than a decade of experience specialising in Sports and Musculoskeletal conditions, Balli has treated more than 1,000 patients with knee, shoulder and back issues. In his physiotherapy treatments, Balli employs the latest evidence-based technologies and techniques — such as ultrasound and interferential therapy — so clients can achieve better results, faster.

Balli graduated with his Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Queensland, Australia in 2010. He is also trained, through post-graduate courses, in dry needling, physiotherapy instrument mobilization, kinesiology sports taping, and clinical pilates.
Jay Pal, Sports Coach
Jay has been a coach for more than 10 years and has trained as a national athlete representing Singapore’s Floorball team for a decade. He holds a Diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, and is currently pursuing a Bachelors in Physical Education with Management. Jay is dually qualified as coach for the National Under-19 Floorball team as Head Goal Keeper Coach and Physical Conditioning Trainer, as well as a SEA Games Gold Medalist (2015). Jay is also passionate about football — he has represented Singapore in the yearly Gurdwara Cup as well as trained consistently with Singapore National Football League team.

He prides himself on his positive coaching style and altering training programs to allow individuals to reach their optimum potential. Jay aims to make bootcamp exercises fun by introducing sports and games into the routine.
Joshua, Sports Coach​
Joshua is a passionate sports person who has been playing sports for more than a decade and has trained as a national athlete representing Singapore’s Floorball team for 6 years. He is a silver medalist in the 2019 SEA Games for the national floorball team and MVP for the World Floorball Championship Qualifiers in 2018 for Singapore. He is also passionate about football, basketball and many other sports. Joshua has been helping clients in improving their posture and mobility to help them reach an optimum level of performance through assisted stretching. He is a certified stretch trainer with Level 1 and Level 2 stretching certificates. He aims to help people improve their posture and create a new habit for them to start inputting stretching in their lifestyle.
Shafiq, Strength Trainer​
Coming from an athletic background, Shafiq has been exposed to sports at a very young age. He has played in the Singapore Premier League for Soccer and flew for Singapore Airlines prior to joining BFit. Passionate about sports rehab due to his ACL and meniscus injuries, his goal is to educate clients on nutrition, help them get stronger to improve their quality of life and of course, to enjoy exercising while being injury free! During his spare time, Shafiq actively does mixed martial arts and enjoys a good chill session by the beach with drinks in hand!
Shankkar (Shan), Trainer
Shankkar, also known as Shan, is a NASM-certified personal trainer. Shan has also earned his Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) training certification from Germany. With a deep passion for coaching, Shan designs exercise regimens grounded in exercise science, to help ensure his clients achieve their goals efficiently. Shan's primary expertise lies in weight loss and transformation. Over the course of his career, he has successfully helped numerous clients towards their fitness aspirations. Shan has also previously competed in the men's physique category below 180cm, representing the Fitness International Federation (FIF).
Dr Mizan, Sports Doctor​
Dr Mizan is an orthopaedic surgeon, specializing in lower limb surgery, namely the hip and knee joints. With over 10 years of orthopaedic experience, he has amassed extensive experience in sports and trauma injuries, as well as degenerative conditions of the hip and knee. His practice is focused on joint preservation and sports injuries (ACL and meniscal surgeries, hip arthroscopy, osteotomies), and joint replacement surgeries of both the hip and knee. He frequently performs the partial or total knee replacement surgery for active patients and is skilled in the use of navigated and robot arm-assisted (MAKOplasty®) knee replacements.
