Catherine Tseng received her Bachelors in Food Science & Nutrition in the University of Queensland, Australia.
She has gained tremendous experience in her time at Mt. Alvernia Hospital with the dietetics team through various diabetes, maternity and elderly nutrition workshops, as well as the revamping the hospital's therapeutic diet manual and kitchen practices.
She has also managed the nutrition and dietetics team at Frunatic, where she specialised in vegan nutrition, and conducted various workshops on cancer, diabetes, weight loss and general nutrition.
As a former athlete with vast knowledge on nutrition, Catherine is passionate about educating and helping people make good dietary choices to attain a healthy and active lifestyle.
